Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to the Sparlite Tech website and professional technology engineering consulting services.

1. Intellectual Property Guarantee

Upon fulfillment of milestone payments as defined in the applicable Statement of Work (SOW), 100% of custom source code, documentation, infrastructure scripts, and database architectures developed specifically for the client are irrevocably assigned and transferred to the client.

2. Professional Engineering Engagements

All formal development initiatives are governed by mutually executed Statements of Work establishing explicit deliverables, sprint cadences, and acceptance criteria.
